Slowly Making Progress

I’ve long thought that Duh-bya supporters fall into three camps: Stupid, gullible, and just plain evil (little George himself, of course, manages to cover all three). Oh, for the sake of expediency, I’ll frequently lump those first two groups together, but for the most part, they’re really separate sets. Hell, I’ve occasionally found myself veering closely toward the “gullible” camp — I can think of several times when I’ve thought (and probably said) that Bush regime officials might not have been lying every time they opened their mouths. Though, thankfully, unlike the otherwise brilliant Al Franken, I can honestly say I never supported the invasion of Iraq.

Still, recent poll results do give me some hope. We may not be able to do much about the S.P., or the evil sons of bitches, but we’re starting to make serious inroads into those blindly trusting souls.

Oh, well, gotta get to work.
